Management

Bear River's management team consists of three people.

Randall Matamoros, CEO

Mr. Matamoros is the CEO of Bear River Associates. Since becoming CEO in 1996 he has led the company in its transition to mobile technology and supervised the creation of enterprise mobile solution products for specific vertical markets including Star Receiver and BearTracks.

Mr. Matamoros's technical background includes extensive experience in analysis and design, including large-system architecture and object-oriented development. At various times, he has served in the capacity of programmer, consultant, instructor, tester, project manager, and technical writer, and has been active in the areas of development methodologies and technology transfer. Prior to joining Bear River Associates, Mr. Matamoros worked for TRW Financial Services developing high-volume, image-based processing systems for some of the world's leading banks and financial institutions.

Mr. Matamoros received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley after studies at Berkeley and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Revital Gilad, COO and VP Business Development

Revital Gilad is the COO and VP of Business Development of Bear River Associates. In her role she leads the industry specific growth of the company, marketing and the different groups at the company.

Prior to joining Bear River Ms. Gilad worked at Kaiser Permanente and led teams and national projects. She worked with executives on EMR (Electronic Medical Record) to define long-term global strategy vision and short term development and implementation goals. In addition Ms. Gilad worked for the National Venture Development Group as a Sr. Venture Manager for Fee-For-Service ventures. In this role she assessed markets, recommended investments and led ventures that Kaiser Permanente decided to invest in.

Prior to her experience at Kaiser Permanente, Ms. Gilad worked in pharmaceutical companies in Business Development & Strategic Marketing. She has experience working in the international market with different types of companies in the life science industry.

Ms. Gilad received an Executive MBA from the University of Bradford (UK), an M.Sc in Clinical Biochemistry from the Hebrew University (Israel).

Anthony Meadow, President

Anthony Meadow co-founded Bear River Associates in 1985 and has served as its President since that time. Mr. Meadow is a software entrepreneur with more than thirty years experience in the industry. Prior to co-founding Bear River, Mr. Meadow worked for Integrated Automation where he helped sell, design and implement document imaging solutions for FedEx, Texaco, Boeing and other organizations.

Mr. Meadow has written computer books and a variety of about technology and the use of technology in improving business operations. Mr. Meadow was a series editor for MIS Press where he brought eight books into the series. He frequently speaks at industry and user conferences.

Mr. Meadow received a BS in Mathematics and a BA in Sociology from Tulane University.
