Management Team

It’s people that make a company great, and we’re fortunate
to have three great people leading ours.

Since becoming Bear River CEO in 1996, Randall Matamoros has spearheaded a wide range of strategic initiatives, including the architecture of our business services solutions.

In addition to his CEO responsibilities, Randy is also active in the day-to-day operations of the company—leading the software engineering team, establishing product architecture and design, and working directly with customers and partners on issues of product enhancement and integration.

He received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley after studies at Berkeley and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Revital is responsible for setting and managing the strategic direction of Bear River, driving operational growth, and fueling thought leadership throughout the organization. Her depth of industry knowledge means she knows what our customers want and need to be successful, while her understanding of the modern workplace environment allows her to shape product strategy so that we are well-positioned to compete in, and to enter, new territories worldwide. She is also the force behind many of our most significant, global strategic partnerships. All this in addition to managing day to day company operations!

Prior to joining Bear River, Revital helped lead Kaiser Permanente’s major Electronic Medical Record (EMR) initiative, in addition to developing investment and joint-venture opportunities for the national healthcare giant. Before that, she served as director of Business Development & Strategic Marketing for a number of international pharmaceutical companies, where she successfully opened new markets and created new lines of business.

Revital holds an Executive MBA from the University of Bradford (UK), and an M.Sc in Clinical Biochemistry from the Hebrew University.
